Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and instruction manuals included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
